Customer Experience Intern, Performance Analytics
Spectrum Reach (Cox Communications), Charlotte, NC
- Built a daily Power Automate pipeline that loads Salesforce sponsorship bookings into the Spectrum News tracker and flags errors. Manual entry took each of a three-person team about 288 minutes a workday, an estimated 3,744 hours a year; it now takes about 10% of their time (estimated). Built in about 40 hours and now run by that team. See the case study.
- Built a deck generator ahead of 650+ incoming accounts that creates each account’s branded campaign overview, projected to save an estimated 1,540 hours a year at a conservative 30 minutes per report.
- Building report generators for the team’s 17 high-tier client accounts (2–3 hours per report by hand) and a tool that rebuilds Architect’s auto-generated slides into clean, on-brand client decks for sales.
- Automated the weekly NFL and college football pacing tracker builds (two 25-minute manual builds, 50 minutes a week), now being deployed to the team.
- Interviewed Cleveland account executives to shape a prospecting tool for the Cleveland–Akron market, built a working demo application, and presented it with the intern team to senior leadership in New York.
