I work directly with a senior director on projects set by senior leadership. Most start with a goal and a process nobody fully owns. I talk with the people doing the work, map what actually happens, and build the automation in Power Automate, Office Scripts, Python or Claude. Usually the team keeps the spreadsheet or inbox it already uses, and the manual work behind it is what goes away.

NowBuilding Claude skills that hand their calculations to embedded Python, and finishing my degree at UNC Charlotte in December.
